**Customer Service Advisors, £20,400 + Bonus + benefits.**
The Customer Account Manager is responsible for calling their allocated customers and placing their drinks orders for their customers, adding value through promoting relevant brands and offers, in line with their drinks tie. You’ll build a strong rapport with your regular customers and aligned operations team and maintaining excellent service via our inbound sales and service lines.
As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll need to have great rapport building skills, and be interested in learning to use our internal systems to manage the interactions you have with your customers. We will train you and ensure you have all the skills you need to manage your relationships with customers.
