**5 day shifts: 7:15am to 4:15pm, or 9:15am to 6:15pm**
**4 day shifts: 7:15am to 6:15pm**

At Early Buds Nursery, Early Years Educators play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn through play. We expect our Educators to have the knowledge and experience to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for children to develop and flourish.

**Our expectations from our Early Years Educator colleagues**:

- must have a genuine passion for working with children.
- must have a Level 2 equivalent or higher qualification in Early Years Education.
- have experience of working with young children in a n early years setting.
- must have knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
