Join us as our Head of Payroll Performance
- We’ll look to you to manage the development of payroll performance, driving improvements in pay accuracy and delivering a great colleague experience
- You’ll develop strategic solutions to improve efficiency of the payroll function, and work in partnership with relevant teams to ensure our service proposition is aligned to our stakeholders’ needs
- Along with significant stakeholder interaction, you’ll benefit from the opportunity to fundamentally improve the way we operate

**What you'll do**:
As our Head of Payroll Performance, you’ll lead, manage, motivate, and develop a team to meet the needs of the bank and our stakeholders. You’ll develop, monitor, and maintain a comprehensive suite of payroll key performance indicators and service level agreements, and lead the payroll vendor management. As such, you’ll ensure that our business outputs are aligned to our objectives and that we’re continually working to improve the function.

In addition to this, you’ll:

- Play a key role in the global payroll senior leadership team, improving efficiency of the global payroll function
- Deliver payroll performance analysis and work with relevant teams to develop and deliver major payroll service improvements
- Deliver payroll communications as well as our learning and education strategy
- Manage colleague pay enquiry resolution

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with experience working in international payroll in a senior position, and of managing international payroll vendor management and performance. You’ll have astute attention to detail, a customer centric attitude, and the drive to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

We’re also looking for:

- A track record of developing and delivering major payroll service improvements
- Highly developed communication skills
- The ability to collaborate with a wide range of different stakeholders
- A strategic focus, with particular emphasis on improving the colleague experience
- Strong people management skills
