**Trainee Benefits Administrator**

**Salary**:Up to £20,500 (depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience).
**Location**:Hybrid/London, EC2R 7AF and 2 days working from home
**Contract**: Full time, permanent.

**About us**

SAUL Trustee Company (STC) provides administration services for the Superannuation Arrangements of the University of London (SAUL) - a pension scheme with over 55,000 members across 49 employers in the higher education sector.

**At STC, we are responsible for**:

- Collecting the money members and employers pay into SAUL
- Managing where that money is invested
- Making sure we pay the right pension to the right person at the right time.

**About the role**

The position is a learning, training and development opportunity to offer a first step to commencing a career in a financial environment. The role reports to the Assistant Administration Manager and you will need to provide support to your team and assistwith the development and testing on system platforms as required. Operating best practice and ensuring processes are documented and followed.

**About you**

To be considered for this role you will need:

- Grade C or above in mathematics and English at GCSE
- To be computer literate
- To have good written and oral communication skills
- To be able to work well within a team and to be self-motivated
- Desirable administration experience
- Desirable knowledge of The Pension Regulator
- Customer service orientated
- Attention to details.
