**Hours**:40 per week worked 9 to 5 with 30 minutes for lunch

**About the Role**:
This is an entry level IT support role, maybe a school/university leaver, or maybe as a first IT job for someone recently re-skilled. Certainly, some sort of IT background or qualification is a must-have. We are looking for someone who can manage basic IT admin duties such as ordering and logging equipment, as well as someone who is comfortable with all things technical.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- IT background, very content in an IT environment
- Good communicator, with a polite, helpful and hardworking attitude
- Flexible working style, solutions orientated, happy to offer a hand to all problems
- Imaginative and inventive when it comes to solutions, researching solutions to IT issues on-line and elsewhere
- Creating and managing spreadsheets and CSV files
- Apple product knowledge would be very helpful
- Familiar with Shop Admin Panels and CMS Systems would also be ideal
- Ability to solve technical issues of many different natures
