Role SummaryWe are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Project Management Team with a focus on running externally facing projects and contracts. These projects typically require a blend of existing in-house hardware/software product capability combined with product development and often further bespoke engineering work to create a turn-key end to end solution. Accomplishing this while maintaining our high standards of technical quality and speed is a challenging task and will require a high performance individual with strong attention to detail, tenacity and patience.ResponsibilitiesMaintain regular communication with both customers and employees over multiple projectsMonitor and govern project deliverables, deadlines and scope, presenting these on stakeholder update calls and in regular update reportsIdentify and manage project risks and problemsHost, lead and control meetings, both internal and externalSupport the commercial team at pre-sales or bid stageAssist with managing key supplier relationshipsInteract with technical teams and help troubleshoot challenges to ensure deadlines blockers can be removed and deadlines are metPersonal Qualities and ExperienceAnalytical mindset with excellent attention to detailHighly self-motivated and self-organisedExcellent verbal, written communication and presentation skillsExperience in the use of Microsoft Office and equivalent tools (Experience with MS Project is desirable, but not essential)Rail or similar industry experience idealPragmatic and focused on the business outcome #J-18808-Ljbffr
