We have exciting opportunities for Customer Sales Advisors to join a growing Travel Insurance provider who will invest in your training from day one and give you all the motivation and support you need, working in a friendly, inclusive teams. This is a “BestCompanies” accredited business and award-winning sales team.
Teams are made up of colleagues from a range of backgrounds including contact centre, retail, and hospitality to name a few. The team manage inbound calls, understand their needs, and provide requested quotes for appropriate insurance. Full training will beprovided so that you can ask any questions you need to and get an immediate response in a structured programme.
Along with a starting salary of up to £22,000 per annum you will also get the chance to earn a monthly uncapped commission and quarterly bonus of up to £3500, 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 30 days per annum, a pension scheme, life assurance,health cash plan covering up to 4 dependants, discounts for shopping, eating out and gym memberships, 24/7 employee assistance programme, product discounts plus many more

**As a Customer Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include**:
- Taking inbound calls from those wishing to purchase medical travel insurance.
- Identifying’ needs to provide appropriate optional extras policies that are right
- To manage sensitive data in line with the Data Protection Policy and maintain records to ensure data integrity.
- To manage outbound renewal calls for existing customers when required by the business.
- Solving issues (verbal and written), understanding the root cause, and fixing them
- To work within a regulatory framework delivering an excellent standard of customer contact as defined by the Quality Assurance Programme.
- Act with integrity, due care, skill, and diligence to deliver a quality service
- Participation in internal and external meetings - from time to time you may have to travel to an alternative location for training/meeting purposes specific to your job role.
**We are looking for Customer Sales Advisors who have the following skills and experiences**:
- Be passionate about service excellence - able to add value continually
- Comfortable and enjoy working in a ‘sales through service’ environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening/questioning skills
- Ability to explain processes and policies in a clear, empathetic, and straightforward way
- Motivated by target driven environment
- Enjoy solving problems and improving solutions pro-actively
- Previous experience in a sales role is desirable
- Have great attention to detail in the quality of service you provide
- Able to discuss sensitive and complex topics and deal with vulnerable customers
- Work well on your own and as part of a professional, friendly team
- Comfortable using a headset, computer, keyboard, and different IT systems.
You will need to be able to start on Monday 28th November and your full attendance is needed for the 4 weeks training programme without taking any holidays during this period. Training will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. You will then be working 37.5 hours5 days per week as part of a rolling rota which is given in advance. Hours will cover between Monday to Friday 8.30am to 8.00pm, Sat 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm. Bank holidays are 9am - 5pm.
