Accounts Receivable Supervisor

At Leonardo Helicopters we have an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join and supervise the Accounts Receivable team.

You will work closely with the business functions to ensure processes and procedures are adhered to; maximising cash receipts through prompt and accurate invoicing.
- This role is a level 5 on our Salary and Career Progression Framework (S&CPF)._

**_ What you’ll do as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor:_**

Manage, lead and support the team
- Processing customer invoices to ensure prompt payment.
- Resolve issues with invoice processing.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Resolving invoice queries with functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance to company procedures.
- Produce, reconcile and analyse debtor reports ensuring functional leads are aware of cash issues for their resolution.

**_ What we need from you:_**
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Expectation of the post holder having a degree of knowledge and skill in accounting
- Experience in electronic accounts receivable processing (eg SAP), reconciliations and query resolution.
- Able to prioritise own and team’s workload independently and on own initiative in identifying issues, resolving them and explaining them.
- Able to communicate with other functions / levels within the company to resolve issues.
- Proficient use of Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
