An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bien Venue for a Client Services Assistant to join and support our small friendly team in Poynton. This isn't your average position, here at Bien Venue no two days are the same, and each day brings something different along with an element of fun and laughter You will work closely with the events and finance department, to ensure a great level of service is given to our client base. Great communication skills are a must, a knowledge of Microsoft excel, and outlook is required, alongside excellent diary and time management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- We’re seeking a passionate, personable team member to become one of our friendly faces in our office at Bien Venue
- The Client Services Assistant will involve supporting both our events and Finance team.
- Importing large volumes of accommodation bookings from one online system to another.
- Liaising with venues on accommodation bookings, carrying out pre-arrival checks to ensure all details are correct.
- Co-ordinating and updating our client event details on our system.
- Support with the receiving and reconciliation of invoices for suppliers.
- Liaising with venues on any invoice queries and following up with venues for any missing invoices.
- Support with additional administrative tasks.
- Taking the lead on the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.

**Experience**:
Preferably prior experience in an administrative / customer service role

Good computer and IT skills required as you will be working with several different systems.

Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail required; ability to multi-task required.

An adaptable approach to be able to prioritise workload.

Positive and Friendly telephone manner
