Pertemps Didcot are currently looking for Helpdesk Administrator to work for our client in Abingdon Your daily duties will include;- To ensure processes are consistently reviewed to ensure operational excellence
- To ensure compliance to all relevant end to end processes applicable to the role
- Proactively monitor KPIs and SLA performance so that any issues are resolved to avoid failure
- Dealing with all incoming service requests
- Scheduling service requests into relevant engineers and third parties diaries
To be considered for this exciting Helpdesk Administrator role, you will need the following skills/experience.- Previous admin experience
