**Customer Service & Export Coordinator (Manufacturing)**

We have an extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to join our clients rapidly expanding manufacturing business. This is a brand new role to the business because of a new site, expansion & growth this year.

In this new role you will be working alongside and supporting the UK Sales and Export Team with all their administration, reporting into the Customer Services Team Manager. You will be operating, maintaining and continuously improving the customer and administrativesupport systems for Export customers with the aim of assisting the Company in achieving its sales and serviceability objectives.

**Your Daily Responsibilities**

1. To provide excellent pro-active service to our customers and achieve defined Key Performance targets.
2. To build good working relationships with customers and distributors.
3. Work closely with sales team, product managers and marketing.
4. To operate the administrative and order processing functions of the Company. To own these processes and develop a system for continuous improvement of these functions.
5. To provide reliable administrative support for the Export and UK sales teams & Managers. For example literature fulfilment, copies of quote acceptances, PFI and at times customer quotations.
6. To ensure consistent and timely reporting of Customer Service Key Performance targets.
7. To ensure full and efficient use is made of Export Master for export invoicing and documentation
8. To own, manage keep up to date and ensure all appropriate databases are accurate, e.g. customer records including delivery address, VAT codes, territory allocation etc.
9. To assist the sales team as appropriate in ensuring that all quotations and tenders processed according to appropriate deadlines and standards.
10. To ensure no orders processed without; valid PO; payment is first received for Cash-in-advance accounts.

**Key Accountabilities in your role**
- To be the customer's champion and ensure the company's service exceeds their expectations.
- Ensuring efficient, cost-effective and prompt despatch of shipments to UK customers, Mast export companies and other international customers. Minimisation of lead times and number of deliveries by close liaison with Demand and Despatch.
- Processing of samples and replacements.
- Raising and processing all invoices such that an invoice transaction processed from Status 7 the same working day.
- Accurate and consistent production of export documentation including letters of credit.
- Processing Mast Uri MPM complaints quickly, consistently and accurately according to KPI'S. Liaison with technical staff as necessary.
- Originating and checking credit notes in close liaison with Finance.
- Acting as first contact and liaising with customers and distributors over support issues. Subsequent close liaison with the customer to ensure the problem is rectified to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintaining price and discount files.
- Ensuring the Goods returned process is adhered to and goods returned are dealt with fully and promptly, i.e. within 24 hours of return all goods booked back into stock and appropriate restocking fee charged with appropriate credit note raised.
- To ensure the department is effectively manned and capable of fulfilling it's objectives between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.00am and 5.00pm Fridays.
