**Wellbeing Facilitator - Vida Court**

Vida Court are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Wellbeing Facilitators / Activities Coordinators to join our growing team.

We are looking for people who will share Vida's values and commitment to providing the highest quality, compassionate care. Ultimately, we are looking for kind, caring people who are passionate about helping others.

Vida is proud to offer some of the leading rates of pay in the industry, starting at £10.50 per hour during your probation and rising to £11.50 per hour once you have passed your probation.

We offer a range of flexible contracts including both full and part time hours.

Responsibilities include:
- Working as part of the Activities team, being responsible for planning, organising and delivering varied activities that support an enriched environment for our residents
- To implement the principles of Personal Life Story to create an individualised approach to day to day activities
- Spend quality time with residents and develop meaningful relationships that build trust and confidence
- To assume responsibility of 'This is Me' document for residents bedrooms
- To create a warm, inviting, stimulating and calming home for our residents wellbeing

Further training and development will be provided by Vida Healthcare, and you will have ongoing support from our Vida Academy.

Based in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, Vida Court is a 100 bedded care home opened in 2021. Vida Court is looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our growing team.
