**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Handling **inbound customer calls**:

- Providing **support, advice, and solutions** in a professional and friendly manner
- Logging and resolving queries efficiently
- Building real rapport and delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Working as part of a **supportive, energetic team**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a bonus - but not essential
- Must be available for a full-time schedule

Pay: £12.91-£13.74 per hour
