**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.
- Supervise and support care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care services.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Drive initiatives to improve the quality of care provided within the home.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and leadership to staff members, fostering a supportive team environment.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by residents or their families in a timely manner.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within senior care or a similar environment is essential.
- Strong understanding of care home operations and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to care coordination and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and support.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors through compassionate care.

Pay: £20,625.00-£21,621.00 per year
