**Job Overview**:
As a Personal Assistant/Office Admin, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, supporting the CEO and Founder, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. Additionally, you will provide HR support when needed such as, assisting with employee onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Hybrid working is standard practice for all roles at our company, allowing you to work on-site in Wokingham and remotely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Founder, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for the CEO and Founder.
- Oversee office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related enquiries, both internally and externally.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
- Manage employee time-off requests, maintain holiday and sick leave records, and ensure accurate timekeeping.
- Assist in organising employee events, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1 years+) in a similar role, providing administrative support or office management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks and maintaining records.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience in coordinating meetings and events, including managing logistics and documentation.
- Knowledge of general office management practices and procedures.
