**Activities Include**
- Developing implementable transformation strategies for our clients based on the understanding of the current and desired future states;
- Constructing and implementing actionable and targeted portfolio / program / project plans - including program governance, risk/issue management, status reporting, benefits tracking and resource & budget monitoring;
- Ensuring that transformation initiatives and activities are in alignment with other program plans, objectives, and timelines;
- Developing reusable consulting assets to help improve quality of and accelerate time-to-delivery for client engagements;
- Driving thought leadership and practice development effort in order to help evolve and mature the Transformation Management knowledge and skills in our global Consulting practice.
- University degree; MBA or MSc degree, preferably Business Administration, (Business) Economics, Computer Science, Management of Technology or similar;
- 8-12 years of experience, preferably in a role as (an external) transformation / program management consultant;
- Proven track record of delivering consulting engagements at international corporations in areas like in areas like program governance setup, strategy & business alignment;
- Hands on intensive experience in creating and using PM artefacts like project/program plan, risk/issue logs, status reporting, business case, benefits tracking & resource utilization reports;
- Project/Program Management certified e.g. Prince II, MSP;
- Highly aware of latest program management trends;
- Good understanding of (digital) technology trends e.g. Cloud platforms, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Robotics, IOT;
- Experience with implementing leading cloud platforms like SAP S/4 HANA, Salesforce, MS0365; Oracle; Workday; SuccessFactors and ServiceNow;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex technical topics to business audiences;
- Familiar with Organizational Change Management, Lean six sigma, SAFE, agile and design thinking;
- Outstanding people and relationship skills; and ability to interact with different levels in a global multi-cultural organization;
- Real team player; supporting development of the consulting practice and the growth of team members including peers;
- Ability to travel and work at international client offices;
- EU passport holder;
- Fluent in English
