The Showroom is the hub of RKW’s Head Office and provides the perfect environment for not only showcasing our fantastic products but also, provides a setting for holding numerous and varied meetings and as Showroom Assistant, you will be required to provide support in supplying a wide-range of requirements. We are seeking a dynamic, self-assured, confident individual who has excellent communication skills and a willingness to work professionally with all associates of the business.

The role of Showroom Assistant is extremely varied with an array of duties/tasks to be completed from serving refreshments to replenishing stock/products. The role has the potential for progression, and so a keenness to learn and develop would also be a great benefit.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- The role will involve carrying out the following duties but not limited to: _
- Greeting & hosting colleagues and their clients
- Serving refreshments and provide catering services in the Showroom
- General housekeeping of the Showrooms
- Arrange meetings and calendar management
- Replenishing stock/products
- Managing stock control of the products in the Showroom
- Manage showroom dressing and shelf planning
- Stock checks, removal and ordering of new products for the showroom
- Organising and arranging catering services
- Assisting in the preparation for trade shows including working off site and overnight stays
- Providing holiday/off site cover
- Ad-hoc duties as required

**Salary**: £18,750.00-£21,000.00 per year
