**Annual salary of £21,500 per annum (FTE) + Commission**: - **Permanent role**: - **Full-time, part-time and flexible working patterns available**: - **Liverpool city centre office base with opportunities for agile / home working** **The role** Within the Lettings Negotiator role, you will be responsible for supporting the wider lettings and sales team in delivering professional lettings service. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will deliver efficient administration and effective marketing of rental properties with high quality customer service. Please note, this role requires working weekends. **The right fit** - NAEA/ARLA/NFOPP Qualification desirable - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate appropriately with people at all levels. - .Proven record of working towards targets - Self-motivation to set high standards and embrace new challenges.
