**Belvoir Sales & Lettings **are recruiting for a Full Time **LETTINGS CONSULTANT **to join our successful and **AWARD WINNING **team in West Derby, Liverpool.

You will be a part of our lettings team ensuring that **exceptional service **is provided at all times in a fast paced and enjoyable role. You will deal with a diverse range of clients daily whilst responding to enquiries for available properties, marketing properties to show their potential, negotiating new tenancies, completing full referencing, preparing legal contracts and using contemporary technology throughout.

**In-house** training will be given along with ongoing training throughout your time with Belvoir Sales and Lettings Estate Agency.

**Full UK driving licence is required for this role.**

Salary Starts at **£18,798 per year**, dependent upon experience and industry qualifications along with bonuses.

**Full-time position: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9am - 5pm Saturday 9:30am - 3:30pm. Thursday will be a standard day off.**
