**Amazing Apprenticeships is a leading organisation in the education sector. We promote the benefits of apprenticeships and technical education across England, working with key organisations, including the Department for Education, employers (ranging from large, well-known brands to local SMEs) and around 4,500 schools.**

You will work within one of our Projects teams to provide essential project support across a range of activities, such as:

- Supporting project delivery for clients such as the Department for Education, the RAF, HM Treasury, the Army, The Met Police and more.
- Creating resources that are circulated to over 4,500+ schools/colleges across England, including online games, activity packs, posters, guides, films and more.
- Supporting the engagement of new clients, partners or schools/colleges and providing a high-quality, friendly and supportive level of service to existing partners.

You will also participate in a detailed training programme, supporting you to learn about all aspects of the business and to develop new skills including:

- Communications and marketing.
- Creating newsletters, editing films, analysing engagement data and designing imagery.
- Website and database (CRM) support.
- Responding to enquiries and maintaining our internal systems.
- Communicating with employers.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Creating and maintaining project documents.
- Creating, updating and designing resource content.
- Communicating with project colleagues and internal/external partners.
- Contributing ideas for new resources and content.
- Proof reading of documents.
- Scheduling and planning meetings (rooms / refreshments / attendance / agendas).
- Recording minutes and progress against actions.
- Providing support at online and in-person meetings.
- Managing and analysing data.
- Updating our internal contact management database 'The Hub'.
- Support in planning and attending events.
- Preparation of presentation and project materials.
- Supporting the planning and scoping of projects.
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of reports.
- Answering the telephone and handling / directing enquiries.
- Supporting day-to-day project administration activities.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems (both hard copy and electronic).
- Updating and improving administration systems, processes and procedures.
- Providing support on other activities as required.

You will be completing an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration which is expected to take approximately 18 months. As an apprentice, you will receive training to fulfil your daily tasks and be supported by your line manager and other members of the team. You will also be supported by an external training provider to achieve your qualifications.

In addition to our fantastic benefits, our apprentices start on a salary of £14,000 per year, and this is reviewed every 6 months throughout your programme.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (finishing at 16:30 on a Friday).

All apprentices will be based in Hitchin, with occasional travel.
