**Temporary Support Workers Needed**

Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, are looking for Temporary Support Workers to work for our clients in the Devizes area

Are you an empathetic, motivated individual, with a passion to make a difference in people’s lives?

**The Role**

We are Recruiting Experienced Support Workers to work for our clients in and around the Devizes area.

You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of supported living services in the Wiltshire area.

Working for Care Connection, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individuals lives whether you are assisting with personal care, helping them with their daily routines or assisting them to go shopping and access the community.

At this particular service you will be supporting two gentlemen with learning difficulties. Set very close to the town center, this service is ideally situated to enable the service users to access all that this small town has to offer.

You will promote choice as your number one priority, and you will support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible.

You will understand that each individual will have varying needs, and you will adjust your support accordingly, following support plans to enable you to be able to deliver high-quality person-centered care to the individuals you support to enable them to live a fulfilling life.

**This is a temporary role where you can pick and choose your own hours around your own availability.**

- Manual handling: 1 year (required)

- Support Assistant: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Devizes (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Devizes: Relocate before starting work (required)
