**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a waking Night Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide compassionate and personalised care to our clients in their homes, over night
- Assist with any activities such as personal care, assisting in and out of bed
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance the well-being of our clients
- Help with medication reminders
- Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided
**What We're Looking For**:
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- Previous care experience is a plus, but not required - we provide full training
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
