**_35 hours per week (3 nights) / _**_46 hours per week (4 nights) 22:00 - 09:30_**

At **Providence Projects**, we don't just treat addiction, we help people rebuild their lives with purpose and hope. We're a leading private addiction treatment centre based in the heart of Bournemouth, supporting individuals on their journey to lasting recovery.

We're currently looking for two **compassionate and dependable Waking Night Support Workers** to join our dedicated team. If you're someone who brings calmness and reassurance during the quiet hours, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while providing overnight care and support to our clients.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during the night
- Responding to any incidents or emergencies with confidence and care
- Providing emotional support to clients who may be restless or anxious
- Carrying out routine checks and light administrative tasks
- Maintaining a secure and calm environment in line with safeguarding policies

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a support or care setting (desirable but not essential)
- A kind, empathetic, and patient nature
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A genuine interest in addiction recovery and helping others
