**THE ROLE**

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Production function—part of our wider Operations department—and play a vital role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly.

Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with the Senior Production Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
+ Raising and receipting POs (purchase orders) for ingredients and materials from suppliers, primarily for our 3rd Party Manufacturers (3PMs).

+ Accurately receipting finished goods delivered to our fulfilment partner, ensuring timely updates to inventory systems.

+ Maintaining detailed records of purchase orders, deliveries, and shipments, and contributing to the monitoring of supplier and logistics performance against key KPIs.

+ Processing and analysing invoices from production and logistics partners, including supporting reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
