The Role:
Working as a Teaching Assistant you will be providing support to SEND students with additional needs in order to ensure that they’re getting the best out of their education and are given an equal opportunity to succeed outside of the classroom. Experience of working with children with SEMH, ASC, PMLD abd SLD is a must.

As an individual you will be outgoing and confident in your abilities to provide the best outcomes for your students. Resiliance is a must as the role can be challenging but very rewarding.

You must be adaptable, motivated, and committed to providing a caring and exciting learning environment where children are valued as individuals are challenged and enabled to reach their full potential.

Although not essential, extra qualifications in training in Moving and Handling and/or Team Teach are highly desired.

**Must has Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification**
