**Salary Range**: Scale SO2, £33,360 - £35,307 per annum

**Work Location**: Near Fareham

**Hours per week**: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday with flexible office hours)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as an Intelligence Supervisor, within a national policing unit working to ensure safer communities in the UK and around the world.

You will manage the day to day running of your business area ensuring that work is completed by staff in a timely manner, manage sickness and performance whilst working alongside your internal peers to meet organisational objectives.

ACRO Criminal Records Office supports UK and international law enforcement by processing criminal records for the purposes of public protection, safeguarding and worldwide community safety.

**Application and Interview**:
**Essential Qualifications**:
Educated to QCF Level 4 OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.

**Essential Experience**:
Supervisory experience to include conducting performance reviews, managing attendance and developing staff

An understanding of the National Intelligence Model (NIM)

Previous experience working in an Intelligence arena
