**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Broad industry/commercial experience of creating, designing, editing digital media.
- Proven audio-visual and digital media skills.
- Experience in taking videos and content submitted for editing or supporting people in using MS Teams or Zoom or Mobile phone to record and submit materials.
- Fully confident and with excellent IT and digital skills for the usual systems important to getting the work done including online platforms as well as Microsoft packages.
- Proven ability to translate messages to data driven infographics, short texts as part of key messages, and confident in bring the content all together for different publishing platforms.
- Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills to work with a team and our stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of and/or ability to learn open source tools for the role which can be shared with team members as well as the industry recognised tools including Adobe Creative Suite and equivalents.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of staff.
- Good organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise work and work to tight deadlines.
- An interest in developing further digital skills for media and for supporting online interactions and learning.
- Knowledge of how the health, social care, and wellbeing sector works in Wales and wider.
- Experience of engagement activities including supporting around 50-60 people participating in programmes at different points in time.
