A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an efficient, organised and experienced capacity coordinator to join a highly reputable, established and rapidly expanding Complex Care Business, in Telford.

This role is a support function to enable effective centralised rostering throughout the complex division. To cover outstanding shifts and prioritise emergency requirements. To support the Deputy Scheduling Team Manager and Scheduling Team Manager with all tasks associated with BAU.

**Typical Duties**:

- Building excellent working relationships with all staff members to include office-based teams
- Establish and deliver robust rotas with appropriate levels of cover in place where necessary
- Source appropriate levels of cover for all outstanding shifts. To allocate new shifts on to people planner and communicate changes to the administrative team
- To ensure that there is a proactive, safe, and cost-effective approach to covering all outstanding shifts
- Liaise closely with Care Managers where possible to ensure that exceptions to planned rotas can be managed proactively to provide continuity of care delivery
- Update systems and forms as per policy to ensure report accuracy
- Supporting the introduction and continued use of digitalised management systems to include Access Care Planning, in particular electronic call monitoring
- Adapt swiftly to enable efficient working practices throughout the complex division in line with priority cases to include embracing new integrations into our service

**Person Specification**:

- Customer service, call centre or administrative experience
- 1 years’ experience working in a customer focused environment, ideally within a health and social care setting
- Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt style to audience
- Innovative and creative approach to problem solving with the ability to learn quickly and consider all factors affecting the client, care workers and business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working with an electronic rostering system
- An awareness and understanding of Information Governance with the ability to deal with personal information sensitively and respect people’s right to confidentiality
- Good communicator, approachable, and adaptable. Trustworthy and transparent
- Rota design or covering rotas ideally within a health and social care setting or similar

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a fantastic company who promote within and encourage their staff to reach their full potential. Continuous training and support will be provided.
