We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor (known in Merlin as ‘Guest Excellence Advisors’) to join the team at our central Midway Customer Contact Centre based in Chertsey, Surrey.

Please be aware that this role is not part of Thorpe Park Resort and is based in a call centre next door to the theme park.

**What you need**
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a well-mannered, eloquent, and out-going demeanour
- The confidence and ability to engage with colleagues across our business and with our guests
- Previous call centre experience in a fast-paced environment (desirable)
- Great Microsoft skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly and easily
- Bags of personality with plenty of initiative

You’ll be providing answers to questions and enquiries, giving information and advice, placing guest orders via the dedicated booking system, or resolving guest complaints and problems in a proactive, solutions focused way.

Every guest is different, so you’ll identify each guests’ individual needs, making sure to clarify information, research every issue, and provide a solution. Despite handling a high call volume and maintaining a rapid response rate

This is a part-time, permanent role, working 3 days per week. Due to the 7-day nature of the business this would include weekends and bank holidays as required
