Job Summary
GKN’s Global Technology Centre (GTC) in Filton, Bristol is a £32m state of the art technology research and manufacturing process development facility which is a hub for world-class innovative technology for the next generation of fuel-efficient aircraft. It includes a collaborative space for research and development with universities, the UK’s CATAPULT network and GKN Aerospace’s UK supply chain, to help strengthen aerospace technology and support the UK’s Industrial strategy. We are looking to recruit a Business Ethics Officer to take responsibility for promoting, implementing, enforcing and monitoring ethical conduct, systems and processes within GKN Aerospace.
Job Responsibilities
Update and implement GKN Aerospace ethics policies

Support management with ethics issues at operational and strategic level

**GKN Aerospace Hotline coordinator**: report on hotline to management, including identification of systemic trends and, where appropriate, recommendations on mitigation of the same

Maintain GKN Aerospace hotline process flow and promote the use of the hotline to employees

Keep the business and Global Functions aware of latest trends and legal/regulatory requirements in respect of ethics and whistleblowing

**Essential**:
Experience in relevant compliance laws, policies and practices

Experience in giving training in compliance policies

**Desirable**:
Experience in conducting and setting up investigations

Project management skills and experience

Experience in a similar role within a global business
