Senior Medical Affairs Team Coordinator Position Summary The Senior Medical Affairs Team coordinator provides administrative and project planning support to the whole UK medical affairs team, across multiple activities. Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Medical Affairs Team coordinator will provide administrative and technical support,where relevant, to the country Medical Affairs Team with regard to the following activities: Contacting vendors for proposals and quotes for defined activities Vendor set up including ABAC and Coupa processes Manage contracting including iCertis approvalsRaising purchase orders in collaboration with the finance teamSupport with event planningAries submissions Uploading materials to VAULT PromoMats for review and certificationEnsuring all PromoMats job bags are completed on time including liaising with external agencies for PromoMats edits & amends, and internal stakeholders to approve.Internal meeting organization, including monthly medical team meetings. Setting agendas in collaboration with medical managers. Booking of meeting rooms etc when required.Implementing and maintaining an efficient filing system, including the governance of the Box folders for MedicalAdmin for conference attendance including registrations Coordinate arrangements and maintain a register of HCPs sponsored to attend international conferences, liaising with the company travel agency and Finance as requiredMaintain a team calendar of events Provide support with regrd to Medical Information function.Admin support for country medical head.

Essential Skills & KnowledgeStrong knowledge of MS Office, including Word,Excel,PowerPoint Experience of business and personal support in a corporate environmentExcellent administrative and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and team playerExcellent communication skills verbal and written.Awareness of financial terminology and processes such as purchase ordersAbility to work remotely Preferred Skills & KnowledgeExperience working in a pharmaceutical or medical affairs environmentAwareness of ABPI industry code Experience of working to SOPs and adhering to company processes SmartSheet experience
