**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install fire doors in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing fire doors.
- Ensure all fire doors meet regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Perform inspections and testing of fire door functionality.
- Provide detailed reports and documentation of work performed using One-Trace
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter, with a focus on fire door installation and maintenance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Van preferable.
- Certification in fire door installation and maintenance (preferred but not required).

Pay: From £200.00 per day
