**Salary**:£20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
**Location**: Bracknell
Are you a meticulous individual with a professional telephone manner and strong attention to detail?
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Distributing and answering incoming calls
- Building and handling customer transactions
- Processing and breaking down purchase orders
- Developing strategies to increase service levels
- Inputting data on a timely basis into the agreed reporting software
**We are looking for**:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent client service
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite is desirable
