What is this role?
You will manage and improve the customer service experience for Cube Home’s customers, so that they receive the very best care and support during their customer journey. You will be developing procedures to ensure excellent customer service delivery, capturingperformance data and identifying and supporting opportunities for enhancement of the journey, product and service. You will be able to take ownership of the customer journey, specifically with respect to defects and rectification of defects.
What you’ll need?
- You will have experience of working in a customer focused environment, with a proven ability of delivering a high standard of customer service
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft office & Clixifix (desirable)
- You will be able to prioritise and be well organised and practise good time management.
- You will be a good communicator
- spoken and written.
- You will have good negotiation skills.
- You will have the ability to listen, empathise and find solutions.
- You will be a great team player but able to work independently and mange own work load/priorities.
- You will have an interest in new homes/property.
- You will have some knowledge and experience of Property Management.
