Supplier Relationship Manager
Hybrid working
Salary - £45,000 plus car allowance £6500

As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you will play an integral part in building relationships with suppliers.
You will need to be proactive and commercially astute with excellent listening skills.
Your task will be to identify new concepts and opportunities with your customers.
As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you will be....

*Have an infectious 'can do attitude and a strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
*Be passionate about building robust, collaborative multi-dimensional relationships
*Demonstrate a commercially focused mindset with the ability to use data to assist with managing performance, enhance trading and identify improvement opportunities
*Be able to forge relationships with new and former suppliers.
*Be comfortable being predominantly field based
Responsibilities but not limited to
*Maintaining positive and lucrative supplier relationships delivering the best value for our customers
*Driving strong performance across our KPIs: Coverage, Pricing and Supplier NPS
*Organising and chairing regular fixed performance reviews with your Suppliers
*Proactively seeking new prospects to strengthen market coverage and price competitiveness
*Collecting supplier insight and feeding back to the business to support strategic and tactical discussions and decision
*Working with the wider Supply team to ensure the best solutions are reached for both Suppliers and Customers
*Actively pursuing new propositions and innovative ways to increase supplier engagement
