Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + Discretionary Bonus

The role of the Sales Operations Manager - Floor & Wall Panels will involve:

- Sales operations manager position, implementing strategies to improve sales of a high quality range of manufactured floor & wall panelling systems
- Heading up the customer service / internal sales department with an aim to improve productivity and performance
- Adopting a data driven approach to customer retention and account management to improve the company’s customer service
- Developing new systems and processes to maximise productivity and service levels
- Supporting the external sales team through the development of current internal company processes
- Continuously analyse market activity to identify potential opportunities to increase sales revenues
- Working closely with customer service team and marketing staff to maximise revenue

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Operations Manager - Floor & Wall Panels with:

- Must have experience in managing sales or customer service teams
- Open on products sold as long as a construction / building product
- Experience of B2B sales with the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Ideally selling KBB however open to any building product such as: panels, panelling, bathroom products, kitchens, wall coverings, tiles, floor, paint, wall tiles, wallpaper (very open on products sold)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Hungry, approachable and strong strategic skills
