Please continue reading Ambition is delighted to announce we will be working with a well-known Accountancy firm to find a Marketing Executive to join their successful team. Inclusion and Diversity is a centred value in their business, they aim to hire individuals who demonstrate a range of positive attributes whilst delivering quality work. - The Marketing Executive responsibilities will include:_ - Managing internal team communications including Team and Compass sites, news announcements, good news stories. - Maintaining library of external collateral and publications and internal BD tools. - Assist with the production of client-facing approach documents, proposals, and Requests for Information (RFIs). - General Marketing experience - Campaign handling - Social media/content creation/website implementation experience - Internal comms - CRM systems experience (sugar, salesforce etc) - Providing broad administrative support including scheduling meetings, co-ordinating MTM meetings, internal team webinars, team away days and monthly reporting. - Experience of working within a Marketing team, ideally within a professional services firm but will consider other sectors - Strong written and verbal communication, preferably with experience of writing for digital platforms. - Ability to translate research and data into user-friendly market intelligence for the client-facing teams. - Excellent working knowledge of all social media platforms, including Twitter and LinkedIn and how to write for these. - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office with specific proficiency in Excel. - Experience in using a CRM system for marketing activity, preferably SugarCRM. - Ability to work in a team as well as independently, being a self-starter/self-motivated. - Positive & a "can do attitude"
