My client are looking for Call Agents to join their busy Contact Centre team. You will be required to receive information relating to crime from members of the public by phone and via online forms and will need to question callers. From that information you will create a well written report which will be forwarded to various law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders for further development.

**It is essential that you are computer literate and have experience of working in an environment dealing with sensitive information.**

You should also ideally have a current DBS issued within the last 12 months. If not, a check will need to be completed if you are successful, before you can commence employment.

Monday to Friday Call Agents work from 08:00 to 16:30.

Prize Placements is acting as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,294.00 per year
