Are you passionate about shaping communication strategies and making a meaningful impact in the community? Torus is seeking a dynamic **Communications Officer **to join our vibrant team in Liverpool. In this role, you will manage and enhance communication efforts across all Torus brands, working closely with the wider Communications team to drive corporate, brand, and campaign objectives.

As the **Communications Officer**, you will be instrumental in delivering expert advice and support to ensure our messages resonate internally and externally. You will contribute to a fluid, dynamic, and flexible communications service that promotes our success and manages emerging issues, all while maintaining high-quality tenant interactions and campaigns.

While primarily based in Liverpool, this role requires occasional travel to other Torus Group locations.

**Tenant Communications Support**:

- Specialise in enhancing tenant communications across the Torus Group
- Ensure the business receives high-quality communication and marketing support tailored to its needs.

**Strategic Advisory**:

- Provide expert advice to the Director and team members on all communication aspects.
- Support event planning, tenant engagement, feedback processes, and the strategic development of communication plans.

**Campaign Development**:

- Create and manage innovative, multi-channel communication campaigns.
- Utilise robust planning techniques to align campaigns with business objectives, address business challenges, and manage reputational risks.
- Channels may include marketing, brand development, PR, advertising, design, print, digital media, web, e-communications, and social media.

**Copywriting Excellence**:

- Deliver top-notch copywriting services, crafting content for diverse audiences across various channels.
- Translate complex information into clear, engaging content that resonates with readers and achieves business goals.

**Consistency and Timeliness**:

- Ensure all communication materials and channels consistently reflect Torus Group’s key messages.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver content in a timely and engaging manner.

**Data-Driven Communication**:

- Track and assess the impact of communications to ensure effectiveness and alignment with objectives.
- Degree-level education or equivalent relevant training and experience in a communications role.
- A relevant professional qualification in marketing, communications, brand management, media, digital fields, or have equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional, leadership, and personal development, staying current with emerging communications channels, industry trends, and best practices.
- A successful history of developing and implementing branding, marketing, or communication strategies that meet business objectives.
- Experience managing tenant communications and creating innovative, impactful external campaigns with measurable business results.
- Experience in brand development and using social media effectively for brand positioning.
- Skilled in engaging with colleagues, board members, tenants, and external partners to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Possess high IT literacy and an understanding of contemporary practices in communications and marketing.
