**Job Purpose**: Document control for the issue of internal and external engineering drawings and creating documentation packs and manuals for internal departments
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the company Document Control Portal for the issuing of all drawings throughout the build of a project.
- Check all Clarke Energy Drawings before release (not engineering content but format, numbering etc).
- File all received drawings.
- Be the point of contact for customer document control websites.
- Maintaining distribution lists and transmittals.
- Monitoring deliverable dates internally and externally.
- Create documentation packs for engineers on new site start-ups and coordinate updates.
- Control equipment commissioning manuals internally and externally, including ordering, downloading, dispatching, checking and archiving.
- Updating trackers.
- Upkeep of archived material.

- Document Control Experience
- Effective communication skills
- Computer Literacy and Data Input (MSOffice, Adobe Acrobat and bespoke Web Software)
- Well organised with an eye for detail
