**Our client, a large software company, is looking for an experienced Resource Management Representative. This is a 12 month full time contract paying £42,560 PAYE per annum.

This role is key to ensure that workloads are distributed amongst specialist teams in an effective and organised way in order to meet customers needs in a timely manner. Strong organisation and communication skills are key to being successful, as well as being able to engage and influence the stakeholder groups involved in case management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Working with designated team managers to dispatch cases to the team best fit for purpose
- Responsible for reviewing all new and unassigned cases and action in line with SLAs
- Document actions
- Scheduling work schedules with the relevant managers
- Ensure all data is up to date and correct
- Upload work shift schedules

Qualifications and Experience:

- Ability to communicate, collaborate and negotiate effectively
- Understand technical terminology
- Good data entry skills using Excel
- Previous workforce management is desirable
- Exposure to Cloud Platforms is advantageous
- This role is open for a limited time only
