**About the Role**

As our Paid Media Specialist, you’ll play a key role in scaling client success across multiple channels — including Google Ads, Shopping, Bing, and Meta Ads.

You’ll be hands-on in the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns, working closely with our talented team to deliver outstanding results.

This is an office-based role at our bright and welcoming studio in Essex.

You won’t just be following templates. You’ll be creating and optimising campaigns that matter - with real budgets, real businesses, and real impact.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Designing, implementing, and managing smart PPC strategies across search, shopping, display, and social networks.
- Taking ownership of multiple client accounts — managing budgets, performance, and campaign evolution.
- Using advanced tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to monitor, analyse, and continually improve campaign performance.
- Producing insightful, actionable reports and presenting your findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team to align paid media activities with full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Staying ahead of the curve with industry changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple accounts.
- A deep understanding of paid media channels and how they integrate into wider marketing ecosystems.
- Strong technical experience with tracking and attribution - Tag Manager, Search Ads, Shopping, Meta Ads, and Data Studio are your daily tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills - you love digging into the numbers to find what others miss.
- Strategic foresight - you think beyond clicks and conversions to long-term business growth.
- Clear, confident communication skills - you can translate data into stories that clients understand and act on.
- Ability to manage your time smartly across competing priorities.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
