As a Job Catalogue Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a brand-new job catalogue framework based on the government skills framework. This is a critical role within our client's transformation programme, requiring expertise in job architecture design, stakeholder management, and Workday HCM implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **
Job Catalogue Design Leadership**: Responsible for finalising the job catalogue design, following outputs from blueprinting, design phases and stakeholder engagement activities completed to date.
- **Programme Delivery Management**: Managing the delivery plan for departmental input into the job catalogue framework, providing expert advice and guidance while ensuring alignment to agreed design principles and build methodology.
- **Systems Integration Coordination**: Working closely with the systems integrator (SI) to manage delivery of the department's mapping activities and technical outputs according to planned timelines.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Liaising with key stakeholders including government departments, programme team members (data and functional), government professions, government skills framework colleagues, and SI partners.
- **Governance Framework Development**: Shaping the ongoing governance process and frameworks for successful handover to the operational service team.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring all job catalogue outputs meet design standards, government requirements, and integration specifications for Workday HCM.
**About You**:
**Essential Experience**:
- Proven experience in job architecture design and implementation, preferably within large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong background in Workday HCM module implementation and job catalogue configuration
- Experience working with government skills frameworks or similar structured competency models
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across complex, multi-departmental environments
- Project management experience with systems integrators and technical delivery teams
