Fast-growing Accountancy firm looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountants Assistant to work in Park Royal or Ealing.

Working closely with the team your role will be to keep all the client's accounts up to date, manage records, keep in touch with clients to request information and perform other general duties. The firm has a wide variety of clients in different fields making the work interesting and diverse.

Full time role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - Option to be flexible with start and finish times but must complete 40 hours per week.

Part time role, Days and hours to be discussed

Must have knowledge of and skills in:

- Customer Service
- Data Entry of invoices, bills/receipts etc
- Bank Reconciliations
- Double Entry
- Payroll
- VAT returns
- Microsoft Excel
- Time management
- Managing deadlines
- Working independently and with others
- Self Assessments
- Trial Balance
- Quickbooks Online or Other accounting systems

Duties
- General bookkeeping for various clients
- Bank Reconciliations
- Contacting clients to request information
- Payroll both weekly and monthly
- Filing VAT Returns
- Self-Assessments
- Answering the phone
- Assisting in accounts preparation

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quickbooks Online: 1 year (required)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English clearly and are well spoken (required)
