Tyre Maintenance Ltd are looking for Full time Administrative Assistants in the Lutterworth area to join the team.

Tyre Maintenance Ltd is a subsidiary of Continental tyres, a comprehensive tyre service provider with over 30 years of experience and a network across the whole of the UK. We are seeking Administrative Assistants for our new Administration Hub in Lutterworth, to complement our existing workforce to provide admin support to the Tyre Maintenance business.

Educational and practical support will be provided to guide you through processes and procedures, which make up the Administration function. This role works closely as a team administering the needs of the business.

This role exists to provide an efficient generalist administration and customer service to the business and has ownership for Administration related processes and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Acting as first point of contact for customers over the phone
- Processing daily job sheets on company system
- Processing sales invoices
- Data entry both on our system and that of customers
- Liaising with customers, manufacturers, and tyre technicians
- Logging reactive breakdowns on our in-house system

SKILLS, BEHAVIOURS & EXPERIENCE:

- First class organizational skills are essential in this role, ensure accuracy and attention to details; whilst working to timescales
- Excellent interpersonal skills: can demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
- Good problem solving, decision making and analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Transport / logistics / garage office experience preferred but not required
- Must be a team player and have a proactive approach to work

OTHER DETAILS:
Based on 40 hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm we offer:

- Competitive & negotiable salary
- £19000 to £23000 DOE
- Full time permanent contract
