We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Nights Support Workers** to join our team here at **iBC Healthcare **within our Lester Hall Service Residential Care in the **Leicester LE2** area to work nights shifts. Please note we also have day shifts if you'd prefer.

**£400 BONUS PAID AFTER PROBATION**

**Hours**: Choice between 8 hour and 12 hour shift pattern.

**Pay**: £10.10 per hour.

Please note we can currently only hire people with previous hands-on care experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment, enabling them to achieve real dreams, goals, and aspirations for their overall well-being.
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
