**About the role**
As the Head of Pre-Prep you will lead the strategic, academic, pastoral, and operational aspects of the Department (Reception to Year 2). This includes driving excellence in early education, fostering a nurturing environment, and ensuring a strong foundation for every child. You will report to the Headteacher on all Early Years matters and shape the academic vision and direction of the school.

**_Key Responsibilities_**
**Leadership**: Inspire and manage the Early Years team.
**Pedagogy**:Champion innovative, evidence-based teaching.
**Operations**: Oversee daily operations and strategic planning.
**Staffing**: Recruit, manage, and develop team members.
**Admissions**: Lead the admissions process and manage transitions.
**Events**: Organise school events and parent education initiatives.
**Inspection**: Prepare for ISI inspections and manage self-evaluation.

This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of education and care in the Early Years Department
