**Project Manager (Wholesale Lending / Loan IQ / Operations)**

**Location - Knutsford, on site 1-2 days a week as per projects request**

We are actively looking to secure a **Project Manager**to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

**Role Description**

Our client is a multinational universal bank, seeking a Project Manager to work in the Knutsford office 1-2 days per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g., performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)
- Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards
- Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources
- Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary

Essential Skillset:

- An understanding or knowledge of wholesale lending
- An operational background rather than technical, be able to drive/engage with senior stakeholders and have skills in building operating models, and process mapping of the current and future state of the business.

Desirable Skillset:

- An understanding or knowledge of Loan IQ
