As a Barclays Credit Manager you will be responsible for Credit Risk, structuring of transactions and sanctioning borrowing requests, covering multiple industry sectors. You will work with Relationship and Product teams, provide credit input and expertise,deliver a World Class credit service. You will provide expert lending advice and sanctioning for our existing clients, ensuring we provide overall support within our credit appetite, understanding the risks, you will set monitoring and control, and provideearly referrals to Business support.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Maintaining standards both personally and as a member of BUK credit Team
- You will be responsible for adherence to governance, compliance and lending portfolio controls
- Ensuring conformance to policy and procedures within BUK credit including proactive management of agreed responsibilities for data integrity
- Maintaining interactive relationship with Credit Risk Coaching & Support and Barclays Business Support
- Identifying early assessment and sanctioning of WL1 cases, setting the appropriate client risk strategies
- Supporting and occasionally lead on reviews of elements of the BUK client portfolios to ensure maintenance of credit quality
- Inputting and occasionally leading on Lending Guidelines & Criteria, and Credit Process enhancements

- Completed Credit Skills Development (CSD) qualification (Advanced) or LiBF Diploma in Business Banking and Conduct

You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
