**About the Role**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within M4 Facilities Management Limited for Corporate Security Officer, who will work at our client’s impressive location in Central London.

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

**Job role requirements as a Security Officer**
- A valid front line SIA Licence (Security Guarding/Door Supervision).
- First Aid Trained.
- Must adhere to Assignment Instructions (AI’s)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer/Client focused.
- Proven experience in Corporate Security or relevant role (a minimum of 12 months)
- Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.
- Computer literacy required.
- Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues in an effective efficient manner.

**Duties as a Security Officer**
- To meet and greet all visitors promptly, using the correct protocols to ensure that each visitor feels special and cared for.
- Ensure that an outstanding level of service is always maintained in reception areas.
- To maintain a smart appearance and comply with M4FM’s policies with regards to dress code/uniform.
- To maintain close working relationships with the relevant Building Management team and to coordinate efforts with respect to matters such as Emergency Procedures, Building Safety, Fire and Bomb threat evacuations.
- Ensure all post/parcels handed over safely to the relevant person(s).
- Ensure that there is a thorough hand over at the completion of each shift with Security personnel.
